Welcome to Project Tracker!
The Project Tracker web application is designed to track all major construction projects conducted by the University of Florida. The system is used by both the Facilities Planning & Construction division as well as the Physical Plant Division to track construction and renovation projects.
Various information about a project is stored within Project Tracker including contact information (architect and contractor team contact info), financial transactions, scheduling information, photos, documents and other project notes.
Information from Project Tracker is used in various univeristy reports including reports to the Board of Trustees and Senior Vice Presidents for decision-making purposes.
Only authorized users of the system are allowed to login. Access is controlled by Facilities Planning & Construction. If you would like to be granted access, please contact Frank Phillips or Jodi Chase.
